She's bringing sexy back...

Yes..."little" Macy has quite the midriff. Every time she was sitting on the floor today resulted in her t-shirt riding up higher and higher. Couldn't help but take a photo when she started her pouty lip thing along with the chunks hanging out. She cracks me up! I was excited to show off her cute baby chubbs this summer, but now I'm thinking I may need to cover some of them up more!

It has been GORGEOUS weather lately, which has been awesome for playing outside and letting lots of fresh air in our house! We've been enjoying ourselves outside so much lately, we haven't even taken any photos yet because we have yet to take the camera outside. We will soon. Macy doesn't seem to mind sitting in the grass, but when we stand her up in the grass, she tries keeping her feet out of it, which is kinda hilarious.

So....there was an earthquake here last week!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Very odd experience for everyone here, whether or not you slept through it! Earthquakes that are big enough to feel are VERY VERY rare here, so waking up in the middle of the night to the bed shaking doesn't make my mind register that there was an earthquake. I literally thought that I was having an episode of very bad gas. So, I just went back to sleep feeling sorry for Matt that he would have to deal with the end result of my gassiness. But, turns out I was fine and the earth was what was shaking instead! I wish it would have happened about 20 mintues later when I would have already been awake. I guess I'll just have to wait another 40 years or so till there is another one!

Jack has been working on writing all the letters and I'm proud to report that he finally FINALLY has figured out how to write the letter "k". This has been his hardest letter for some reason! This is how he writes his name:

I'm also proud to report that not only is Jack fully potty trained during the day AND at night, but he's also going to the bathroom all by himself.....meaning he does his business, wipes, and washes his hands all on his own! Well, that's not totally true. He still needs help wiping after a BM.

Anyway...I need to go fix Macy's shirt again. Maybe I just need to get the next biggest size or something =)
